What is a private education session
Personalized one-on-one support —
not a class, not a group
Private education sessions at Birthstone Women's Wellness are exactly what they sound like — individualized, one-on-one time with a California Licensed Midwife built entirely around your questions, your goals, your pregnancy, and your family.
There are no preset curriculum modules to sit through. No group schedules to fit into. No content that does not apply to you. Every session is customized to where you are right now — whether that is preparing for your first birth, navigating a VBAC, learning to breastfeed before your baby arrives, or figuring out how to return to work while maintaining your milk supply.
Many of these sessions are covered by insurance as part of your doula, lactation, or prenatal education benefit. Submit your request below and we will verify your coverage before we schedule.

In-person in Murrieta or virtual throughout California — a private, unhurried session built entirely around you. No curriculum. No clock-watching.
Many sessions are covered
by your insurance.
Private prenatal education, lactation counseling, and doula-related education may be covered under your ACA preventive benefit or Medi-Cal plan at little to no out-of-pocket cost. We verify your benefits before your first session so you always know what to expect.
